Camille has been teaching piano for the last 10 years, fulfilling a life-long dream of running a music studio.
After a year spent in Germany, Camille attended the New Zealand School of Music, gaining a BMus (Musicology) and a GDipMus (Music Therapy). Alongside this she also achieved ATCL in Piano Performance. Soon after, she became a member of the NZ Institute of Registered Music Teachers (IRMT), where she is also Secretary of the Wellington Branch.
Camille not only enjoys playing the classical music she was taught herself, but enjoys exploring everything from pop to jazz to heavy metal.
Camille teaches the Monday to Saturday lessons at Curious Keys.
Micah has been playing piano since he was 14, but has been immersed in music his whole life. His parent’s music collection spans Hildegarde to Six60, so he has developed strong love for both listening to, and playing music.
Micah is about to go into his first year of study at Victoria University. He will be pursuing a BA in Theatre and English, with the eventual aim of becoming a teacher.
He wants to build on his experiences as a student mentor and his love for working with people to help teach others to love music as much as he does.
Micah teaches the Sunday lessons at Curious Keys.
