I will be the first to admit that sometimes practicing is hard work! Lately I have been experimenting with my own practice schedule, to discover what works best for me. Below are a few tips that I have found helpful:
- Slow and careful practice is always best!
- Try to practice regularly at the same time each day.
- Hold yourself accountable – make your goals public and spread the word!
- Only practice for as long as you are able – if your mind is wandering, take a break.
